ZENO turns a data-heavy EV charging app into a four-second experience. I owned the product end to end from a blank Figma file: user research, information architecture, wireframes, UI design, and developer handoff across 35+ screens and 5 user flows. The real challenge wasn't the interface, it was deciding what not to show, surfacing the one thing users actually opened the app for while letting everything else wait a tap away.

It started with a chai conversation about viral playlist sites, which led to one simple question: why not make one for Durga Puja? So we built Devi Paksha, blending Bengali culture, nostalgia, Mahalaya, music, and the feeling of Puja into one interactive experience. A casual “why not?” became something people are actually using.

The project went live, and these numbers capture what happened during its first 2 days. There's more to come.

Namaste! I'm Ritam Biswas, a Product Designer with a CS background. I spent my early years as a graphic designer and illustrator, chasing good visuals, until I realized good visuals mean nothing if no one can use them. Graphic designer turned UX designer, that's the short version of how I got here.
